3. Product Information
We strive for absolute precision in our product listings, images, and descriptions. Please note that:
Actual colours and finishes may differ slightly depending on your screen settings.
Technical specifications and dimensions may have minor variations.
All items are offered subject to stock availability.

4. Pricing and Secure Payments
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payments must be settled in full during the checkout process. We reserve the right to rectify any pricing errors. Should an error impact your purchase, we will notify you to offer a complete refund or the option to proceed at the correct price.

5. Order Processing
Your order represents an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we send a dispatch confirmation. We maintain the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, inventory shortages, or listing mistakes. If a cancellation occurs, a full refund will be issued.

6. Delivery and Shipping
Please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch after your order is placed. Stated delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Liability for the goods transfers to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays resulting from courier issues or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Lost Items
In the event a courier officially declares a parcel as lost, we will provide a full refund. We reserve the right to await formal verification from the delivery service before issuing reimbursement.

8. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing within these terms limits your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and exactly as described. Faulty products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded as per UK legislation.

9. Returns and Cancellations
Beyond your legal rights, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund, items must be:
Completely unworn and unused
Returned in their original packaging
In a fully resalable condition
Refunds are processed following a successful inspection of the returned goods. We may refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

10. Limited Luxury Warranty
Watches purchased for under £1500 include a 12-month warranty provided by Huntly & Co. Jewellers LTD. This covers manufacturing flaws only and excludes:
Accidental damage or impact
Normal cosmetic wear and tear
Water ingress (unless specified otherwise)
Damage from misuse or third-party repairs
Valid proof of purchase is mandatory for all claims. This warranty complements your existing UK consumer rights.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huntly & Co. Jewellers LTD is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, or business interruption. These terms do not exclude liability for personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other rights protected by UK law.
